Also, the condition is okay, even if the blender itself is very scratched up (it's refurbished, so that makes sense). The big problem I had was this: I looked the blender up on the mfg. website and printed a chart of all the programs I could do with it. Then I ordered it. When I got it, I discovered that it could NOT be programmed, the settings are all fixed. I called Blendtec. According to them, these blenders came from a chain of coffee shoppes. Blendtec refurbished them for the coffee shoppes, then the coffee shoppes are liquidating them. Note this: Blendtec could not say how long the coffee shoppes had them before selling them. So these blenders were not refurbished just now, they were refurbished possibly a long time ago. Furthermore, Blendtec wants $350 to take the blender back and reprogram...
